Zeranta starts the collaboration with this company in 2015. It manages a first international event of a single internal BU, for the presentation of the strategic plan 2015-2021. At the same time it creates the internal communication and several parallel working groups alternating to the plenary breaking the pattern of a continues plenary on with someone talking and everyone else listening for all the days of the event.
The success of this first collaboration allows Zeranta to take care from the following year of the preparation and execution for all editions of the Bonfiglioli Forever Forward event, the annual meeting of international managers of the company, building over the years a relationship of trust that has led us to deal with the entire creation and management of the event: the design of the graphics, video animations, consulting for presentations by managers, the staging, directing and conducting the event in English with a native speaker, the production of photographic reports and video reports of the days.
In 2018 the laying of the foundation stone for the construction of the new digitalized location of the company is an opportunity for Zeranta to handle an international event, streamed all over the world, during which, under a wide transparent dome next to the old headquarters of the company, we projected on a 12 sqm ledwall a video we made with drone footages and animated renderings showing the architectural project of the new digital company that will be born there.
Afterwards we were asked to record in Time Lapse 360° all the construction of the new company headquarters. The video footage lasted over a year and led to the production of a 360° video story of the whole construction, up to the activation with equipment and staff inside.
In 2019 Zeranta is also commissioned by the Company Training to manage the WOB (Welcome on Board) for new hires with a Team Building that led to the realization by the participants of videos on the theme of sustainability.
