Inventio

Inventio was a major change management project involving Coop Adriatica, the second largest cooperative in the Coop system.

In collaboration with Nomesis, which has overseen the organization and the consulting part in the processes, Zeranta has followed all the storytelling and the “Communication of Changing” for a system of over 9.000 people: workshops, training, all the communication and a social network we designed and managed editorially.

A year and a half work all aimed at accompanying through changing, ended with a truly exceptional event: we directed an alignment convention for 700 people in which we created the contents, curated the logistics, designed setted up the scenography and all the installations.
